Jacob + Tannah’s Music-Inspired Couples Shoot

Jacob and Tannah are into music and concerts, tattoos, reruns of Law & Order – but mostly they’re into each other.

When planning this couples session, I wanted to incorporate something that they’re both passionate about, and that ultimately became music. We didn’t want that to be the focal point, so we chose all the other details – the place, the time of day, the outfits – and then just brought their turntable and records with. There’s something so perfect about throwing random things into a field and calling it “art”.
