Kitschy Glam at The Arthouse: Small Wedding Venue in Minneapolis

Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing the sweetest couple’s kitschy glam micro wedding at The Arthouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The whole event was beautifully styled and decorated by Rose Imaginative, who brought a fresh, intentional, and nontraditional flair to the celebration. The Arthouse venue was transformed into a perfectly intimate and fun space for Madison + Jaelin, with vibrant floral designs and eye-catching decor at every turn. The couple’s personalities shone through in every detail thanks to the intentional planning of Rose Imaginative, making the day truly special and unforgettable. Some of the amazing details included cherry-colored accents in the florals, on the cake, in the drinks, and even in the couple’s accessories. Pearls were added to flowers, vintage glassware was thrifted for the cocktail hour drinks, and the cake was perfectly vintage-inspired and kitschy. As an LGBTQIA+ inclusive wedding photographer in the Twin Cities, it is so special to capture love of every kind. This micro wedding was no exception – the love and joy shared between M + J were palpable, and I was honored to be able to support them and document their day.
